It’s interesting to reflect on how this whole thing got started. It began with the biggest slam of my life – losing my father – a grief so deep it felt like I was the one dying. That amount of empty left me so barren I had no choice but to find help. I knew I was in uncharted territory and was desperate enough to be vulnerable. Looking back I see 3 main ingredients inside myself:
Courage
Vulnerability
Willingness to grow
Then change happened automatically.
The right people showed up at the right time – All Spirit. Humans attach to doing this part but it’s truly not ours. The how is Spirit. The courage is the Heart. The Body is instinct. And the Mind is in service.
Magic happens when we listen. Thanks for listening to me. I hope to hear your story someday.
