Access Bars© is a modality that involves touching 32 points that activate bars of energy that run through and around the head. The electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything are stored in the Bars. We are making electromagnetic contact, not channeling energy. Running the Bars is unlike Reiki or anything else. There is no ritual, just presence.

Getting your Bars run is like de-fragging your hard drive or deleting old apps on your phone. It leaves space for new downloads.
